S.A.F.E. is specialized training for Strength, Agility, Flexibility & Energy.
Strength - Focused on muscle building and fat burning, strength training also improves upon a players posture and helps to strengthen bones. As a result of this, the likelihood of an injury among athletes as well as the severity of the injury itself is greatly reduced.
Agility - Focused on helping performance in activities that require you to change direction quickly whilst keeping balance, strength, speed and body control.
Flexibility - Focused on range of motion in a joint or group of joints or the ability to move joints effectively through a complete range of motion. Flexibility training includes stretching exercises to lengthen the muscles
Energy - Focused on Sports nutrition. Sports nutrition differs from regular nutrition because athletes require different amounts of nutrients compared to non-athletes. In order to perform optimally, you need to train hard and fuel your body appropriately.
